Mission Statement
The mission of DOVES is to bring education and a quality of life within reach of less privileged children, throughout the Southern Provinces of South Vietnam. Our ultimate goal is to give disadvantaged & orphaned children an opportunity of education and a real chance in life, as we believe education is the first step out of poverty.
